Trading Stocks and Currency Tips

Trading stocks and currency is heavily dependent on the amount of capital you have for investment.  If you have less than $25,000.00 in capital, you can not day trade any stocks or options.  The Securities and Exchange Commission has specific rules for a pattern day trader.  The only option for day trading with less capital would be the forex market.   It does not have a minimum capital requirement.

OTC (Over the Counter), is the most popular trading for beginners because they are very low priced stocks that can be purchased for pennies, thus the term penny stocks is used.   This is where the biggest risk lies and using a proven system is a must.  We reviewed
Marl the trading robot for this strategy.  I can not emphasize enough the importance of the trading volume of the particular stock.  If the stock only trades a few thousand shares a day, you may never get out of the stock for a profit.  Make sure that the stock trades around 500,000 shares per day if you are looking to trade the stock short term, and/or are investing more than 100 shares.

Options are another inexpensive trading plan that can make you a good profit with only $1,000 investment.  This is very tricky because options decay with time and decrease its value even if the underlying stock goes in the direction you want.   There are different ways to use options that make time decay become a positive thing thus yielding a profit.  These option strategies should only be done by someone who is very experienced.   We reviewed a company that we found to be profitable in
option trading

Currency or Forex trading is a whole different story as it does not have the same regulations as the stock market.  One can even day trade without the $25,000.00 required balance.   Since this area is not regulated like the stock market, the forex prices can and will be manipulated by traders.   There is a constant stream of news released each day that can affect a specific currency pair.  We reviewed the
Stealth Forex system  and other systems in our stocks and currency category.   One can even get started with a few hundred dollars.

Listed Stocks, like NASDAQ and NYSE are a more expensive form of investment.  Cramer on his TV show goes through these types of investments every day.  He does not give and entry or exit prices so people may jump in on his advice without any type of strategy.   I followed for a long time and highly recommend
Phils Gang for learning and his stock picks.  He has a daily radio show too.

Mutual Funds are for longer term investors.  Choosing the right mutual funds and diversification is vital.   We recommend The
Mutual Fund Store with Adam Bold as the CEO is very knowledgeable and only uses the best funds for his clients.  He has a radio show that can be heard on his website.
